Does this bag have a top closure? If so, what kind?

Do you offer "Delivery Duty Paid" to Australia?
Hi Di, Thank you for your question. Import duty and customs fees are under Australian authorities and we do not collect them and aren't informed about the amount. If you order from us delivery duty is not not paid.
I love this bag! But... why do you not show a picture of the inside or the linings availabl? It's hard for me to order a bag without seeing the inside.
