Due to high order volumes, we are experiencing delays in our factory. Your order will take longer than usual to ship out by about 7 days.
We ship products worldwide by DHL Express. DHL Express is an international Express mail service, which ships worldwide.

We provide you with the unique DHL tracking number upon the shipment of your package.
We normally need 15-21 business days for delivery of your leather product from the date of your order as everything is custom made just for you.
Clothes and Sale items are ready to be shipped within 7 business days.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office).
Europe: any additional taxes and duties assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
➡ Due to Covid-19, returns processing time can take longer than normal. Please allow up to 3 weeks before contacting support regarding the status of your return. Thank you for your patience.
Our goal is to make you happy and proud of what you have purchased. If you are not happy with the item, you may return it for an exchange for other item or for a store credit.
♡ Gift Cards and sale items from SALE section are FINAL sales and nonreturnable.
♡ All items must be returned in their original and unused condition. Items should be unwashed/unaltered with original tags.
♡ All items must be shipped back within 30 days after they are received.
♡ With limited exceptions, returns are refunded in the form of online store credit redeemable at balielf.com. Bali ELF does not refund the original shipping charges.
♡ For the exchanges, exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping cost for the new item is on us.
If you would like to receive your new item faster return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
♡ We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
♡ Returns sent back to our Returns Center that have not been generated through our returns portal or by contacting our Customer Care team will be charged a $10 manual processing fee.
