Love them but color not as pictured

"The shoes are beautiful but the color of the leather is not at all what was pictured. It's a much lighter, almost robin egg blue rather than the deep blue in the pictures. Not sure if I will be able to wear them for the intended event, but I will find other places to wear them."

Hello! I have been looking at these shoes for my wedding. The color says ivory, but the picture does not look ivory. Will they be ivory in person? Can the heel height still be customized with a sale shoe? Thank you!
