How is your sizing? I am usually a 7 in flats and 6 1/2 in heels if that makes sense. My feet align overall better in a 6 1/2. When I go up to 7 for length some areas are too large. Thanks.

I wear a 9.5 in Frye shoes, but when I measured my larger foot it came to 10 1/4 inches. I have narrow to med width foot. In European shoes I tend to be a 10. What size would you suggest.
