 ELF is an online shop offering you high quality handmade leather bags, shoes and accessories. 

 

PAYMENTS

All prices are in USD.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discovery. Credit card payments are processed through Shopify Payments. You can pay with PayPal as well. 

If you are registered with PayPal, you can pay using PayPal Express checkout. 

 

SHIPPING

We ship products worldwide by DHL. DHL Express is an international Express Mail Service, which ships worldwide. Shipping rates are in USD.

 

Orders Between  $110 & UP $0- $109 
Postage to the US and territories  FREE $15.00
Postage to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea  FREE $10.00
Postage to all other countries  FREE $15.00


We provide you with the unique DHL tracking number upon the shipment of your package.

Telephone number is required for the International efficient delivery. In some regions, including US, Canada and European countries our packages are delivered by DHL. DHL does not ship without telephone numbers. 

We normally need 15-21 business days for delivery of your leather product from the date of your order as everything is custom made just for you. 

Clothes and Sale items are ready to be shipped within 7 business days.  

We do not ship to PO boxes, APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office).

 

RETURNS

We do accept returns. We can replace or offer a store credit for your purchases.

All items must be shipped back within 30 days after they are received. The shipping cost should be taken care of by the buyer.

CUSTOM DUTIES

Any additional taxes and duties assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

MISSING DELIVERY

All Bali ELF orders include DHL tracking. If the tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered but you have not received your package, please contact DHL to look into the issue.


Bali ELF cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. We strongly advise all customers to monitor the shipping progress of their orders through the DHL website (www.DHL.com)

 

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER

If the courier tries to deliver your package the online tracking details will show delivery attempts / delivery failures / shipment on hold. In this case please contact DHL to look into the issue.

If your package is not delivered or picked up within 14 days, it will be returned to Bali ELF. If you wish we resend the package there will be additional charge of $20 per items, if you decide to cancel your order we will refund the total amount minus $20 per item as a restocking fee.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

ALL credit card payments on ELF website are handled by Shopify payments and PayPal through their secure websites. We do not store nor process any of your credit card or other financial data.

ELF will never share your contact details with any other company or person.
