Adorable but don’t fit right

"This is my second time ordering from Bali Elf and being disappointed. Both times I ordered my exact shoe size and both times the shoes are too narrow or too short. The design and leather are adorable but you can see my toes poking through the top of the shoes leather. I returned my last pair and found out they don’t do refunds so I bought these with a gift card and am kicking myself for not getting a purse as the shoe sizing is completely off."

Sizing Hi, My foot size is usually 4-5 US. It measures somewhat under 8.5". 4.5 would be about perfect according to the size chart but unavailable on Valentina. My foot is standard width but my heels are narrower and almost every shoe always fits a little too wide in the heel causing slipping. If I go to sz 4 will the length be too short? It would be about a .4 inch difference. But I fear if I go to sz 5 it will most certainly be too big in the heel. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you, kind regards.

Love your shoes, but I have a very narrow foot. My guess is the shoes are a M width and not sure if/how they'll mold to my feet. Also, I'm more than an 8.5 and less than a 9.0. Recommendations, please.
