"The shoes are excellent quality as usual. My only complaint with them is that the straps are very tight, even with the buckles on the longest setting. I ordered a size 10. 5. The length would be fine for smaller sizes, but we ladies with larger feet also have larger ankles. Thankfully leather will stretch a bit. As a quick note for the company-- I have been ordering shoes from here for a few years and they are great, but in the last few months I've noticed the use of more AI generated product images. If I was not already familiar with your company and the quality of your products, this would be a major deterrent from purchasing as it makes you look like a possible scam site."

Would it be possible to make the heel alittle taller on the lily valley leather heels?
Hi Haleigh, Thank you for your question. We could make them with a custom higher heel height. Please note that the shoes would be non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to being a custom order.
How much do they stretch out?
Hi Lelani, Thank you for your question. The leather stretches between 1 - 2 cm. More so in flats and sandals than in boots.
Is this good for a wide foot (need wide toe box) and daily movement (walking up to 3 miles, on feet for 3-5 hours)? Thank you!
Hi Jb, Thank you for your message. W usually ,are our shoes to fit the medium wide foot but Cana accommodate a slightly wider foot. Please add your measurements an circumference around the balls of your feed when placing your order. Hope this helps!
