Beautiful, but a few issues

"First of all, these shoes are so pretty. However, the sizing has been really difficult to get right! This is my first pair of Bali Elf shoes so I'm curious if all the styles are like this or if it's just this one. Anyways, I typically wear size 8 ( basically every shoe I own is 8). Two of my other favorite shoe brands are Söfft and Børn and I figured this would at least compare to those. After checking the size chart, I confirmed that size 8 should be great... after patiently waiting several weeks- my shoes arrived! And they were just too tight. So, after looking at the sizing and return process, I discovered you can actually take measurements of your foot and they'll customize your size. Yay! I very carefully measured (and measured again) and included the information in my exchange process. After another long while, I got my shoes! Hmm, size 9. And they are too loose. Or something, I can't tell exactly because the fit is so odd. I currently have 2 different styles of insoles in them, one that goes in the foot bed and up the back, plus an extra one farther up the back, and my heel still slips when I walk but the toe area feels about right. I waited a while to write a review in hopes that they would get more comfortable/find a solution but at this point I'm still disappointed with the strange fit/lack of comfort and even wearability vs. nice looks. Not quite what I expected."

Can these be made to have a quiet outsole? So I am not clicking down the hall, I have 3 different pairs in my cart. I need quiet sole shoes. Also can you make any wide?
Hi Alex, Thank you for your question. We do not make shoes with specifically quiet soles but could make them with leather only soles without the rubber part if that’s an option for you. It will make the soles a bit more quiet. Please note that custom shoes like this won’t be returnable or exchangeable.
