Q&A

Is the leather or rubber on the sole non marking? I want to use the shoes for swing dance and the must have non marking soles and heels.
Hi Marla, Thank you for your question. the soles are non-marking but for dancers we have previously made shoes without the rubber part to have them glide better. Hope this helps!
How wide are these cute shoes?
Hi Dianne, Thank you for your question. Normally, we make our shoes to fit the medium foot width. We do not make shoes in wide usually but can accommodate a slightly wider foot. Additionally the leather stretches between 1 - 2 cm. More so in flats and sandals than in boots. Hope this helps.
I usually wear 8.5 narrow. Thinking the straps will help keep in feet. Your thoughts? Also is there an arch support. Are these returnable if they do not fit?
Hi Lee, Thank you for your message. If you wear specifically narrow sizes our shoes might be a tad wide for you but these are definitely one of the behest choices for narrow feet. All our pieces are handmade and made to order. We can absolutely make them with arch support for you. I have bunions and might want them made a little wider. Can that be done?
Hi Leng, Thank you for your question. We do not make shoes in wide usually but can accommodate a slightly wider foot. Additionally I'd like to let you know that the leather stretches between 1 - 2 cm. The natural stretch of leather shoes usually accomodates for bunions. Hope this helps!
