Q&A

Are the soles slippery? I'm 74 and need traction.
Hi Susanne, Thank you for your question. All our shoes have a rubber part on the bottom of the leather sole to prevent slipping. Hope this helps!
Do any of your shoes come in wide!
Hi Rebecca, We do not make shoes in wide usually but can accommodate a slightly wider foot. Additionally I'd like to let you know that the leather stretches between 1 - 2 cm. More so in flats and sandals than in boots.
I've always ordered European sizes and I wear a 38; what size American is that?
Hi Cheryl, Thank you for your question. A EUR size 38 is size 7.5 in our shoes. If you wish for some extra wiggle room, we recommend ordering size 8. Hope this helps!
hey hello! i would like to know the conversion of sizes from US sizes to European ones. are you using the standard ones? 5.5 37 - or 37.5 in European measurements? 6 38 - or 38 or 37.5 in European measurements? 6.5 38 - or 38.5 in European measurements? 7 39 with some shoes i wear 37.5 while for other shoes 38 is a better fit, so i don't know what to order. thank you!
