Where do you ship and how much is the postage?

We ship WORLDWIDE. Postage on ALL orders over $110 USD is free. Please, see shipping for detailed information.

Why do you require my telephone number?

Telephone number is required for the efficient International delivery. We deliver by DHL Express. DHL does not ship without telephone numbers.

Can I get a refund if i change my mind?

We do accept returns. We can replace or refund your purchase in the form of store credit. Please, see Returns for details.

Can I make changes or cancel to my order?

You have 24 hours to make changes or cancel your order. If you decide to change or cancel your order after 24 hours there will be a fee of $20. 

I see that there are slight variations in leather colors?

Take into account the fact that all our leather is hand dyed so there might be some color variations, which is a true sign of a handmade product.

All computer monitors are different and we do our best to present the colors of bags and shoes to the best of our ability but please be aware that it may appear slightly different on your screen.

Leather care?

If you like your leathers to remain looking crisp then we recommend using leather care products on a regular basis.
